Over the last week my contact lenses have been “crunchy” and my eyes watering a lot. That isn’t typical for me. This morning I realized why: the first blooms on the trees in my front yard opened today.
Spring allergies certainly affect people in lots of ways and for me it has been my eyes. Now add a contact lens into the mix. This means working in front of a computer, driving a car, riding a bike, or simply looking at someone across a table aren’t “comfortable” actions.
Last year my solution was to wear my glasses for most of the Spring. I hate wearing glasses.
Just another reason that LASIK is really going to change my world. A lot of very simple things add up to give reasons to this profound change.
